COLOURS OF INK & THEIR MEANINGS

Black Ink

If this is your preferred choice you like tradition and formality. You tend to stick to the rules and do not wish to stand out. You like to be clearly understood. When used occasionally, it may indicate a moment of anxiety, pessimism or stress.

Blue Ink

If this is your preferred choice you are likely to be understanding, caring, reflective and emotional, especially if using light or bright blue. The majority of hand writers use medium to dark blue which can indicate confidence, integrity and authority.

Green Ink

If this is your preferred choice, you have a desire to stand out or at least have your opinions heard. You are likely to be creative and artistic if not a little eccentric. More likely to be used by the young or the immature, who have an element of independence.

Brown Ink

If this is your preferred choice, you are likely to practical and like to be ‘hands-on’, not being afraid to get your hands dirty. You have a need for security and stability and although you are likely to have a lot of common sense it may take a little time for you to become fully mobilised or functional.

Red Ink

If this is your preferred choice, you want to attract attention. It carries a power element. Red also symbolises energy and sexuality. Reactions are usually fuelled by emotion rather than objectivity. Red ink is mostly remembered and associated with teacher’s comments.

Purple Ink

If this is your preferred choice, then you are likely to be someone who wants to stand out, be unique and enjoy being a social butterfly. There will be hints of thoughtfulness, intuition and possibly trust issues.

Pink Ink

If this is your preferred choice, then you are likely to be portraying your feminine side, irrespective of whether male or female. There is a suggestion of compromise, sentimentality, adaptability and a need to share.

Silver Ink

If this is your preferred choice, then you are likely to be artistic, romantic, autonomous and/or self-reliant. You may come across as having a detached outlook on life.

Gold Ink

If this is your preferred choice, then you have a sense of opulence or grandeur within. There is an implication of impracticality with this colour, however, you could very well have a great deal of intuition which works well for you. Leadership qualities may appear when fully mobilised.
